COMANCO Invites Employees to Participate in Employee Training Program (ETP)
COMANCO consistently implements new ways to refine processes and ensure top-notch results for our clients. Last month, we invited six promising employees to participate in our specialized Employee Training Program (ETP). We created this initiative to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
ETP was led by our veteran Superintendent, Jorge Barrantes, who worked closely with the team to improve workflow and enhance the overall quality of our production. Skilled Equipment Technician Justin Grenke shared his expansive equipment knowledge with the trainees for three days, teaching them:
- How to adjust the wedge and extrusion gun,
- How the adjustments directly impact the quality of our final product,
- How to collaborate effectively with our liner technicians,
- And the importance of equipment maintenance.
From understanding optimal settings to recognizing signs that adjustments are necessary, our team gained invaluable insights to enhance our efficiency and precision on the job. (Learn about these processes in our online training tutorials.)
Two Foremen, Miguel Medrano, and Jose Mendez, attended the training along with four laborers, Brian Migue Noda, Hector Cuenca, David Anthony Escobar, and Noe de Jesus Perez Salazar.
