LIVE From the Field: Lagoon Liner Installation – Texas
We are live from Texas with an update from our latest Lagoon installation. Superintendent Martin Calderon said his crew started the textile and liner installation for a new Texas Lagoon on Friday, April 5th.
Before starting the installation, the crew had been experiencing weather delays and resistance from heavy winds. There is still more weather on the radar, so the crew is prepared. Everything on site is protected, with the last liner leading edge panel anchored 8-10 inches deep to keep water from getting under the liner.
Rest assured, our contractor has taken all necessary precautions. They have pumps ready for dewatering, ensuring the safety and progress of our installation. Stay tuned for more updates on their progress on this Lagoon in Texas!
