Hugo’s job as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Engineer directly impacts the progress and abilities of our field crews. Understanding field procedures is the best way to ensure he can improve field processes. So Hugo attended our weeklong Employee Training Program to gain hands-on field experience in addition to training a QA/QC Engineer. Cross-training individual employees benefits the team’s well-being by increasing the understanding required to work together effectively.
