COMANCO Environmental is nearing the completion of the 50-mil LLDPE geomembrane deployment on a 60-acre landfill closure in Georgia. A protective green Closure Turf layer is following close behind. All stormwater piping and underground HDPE gas and leachate piping has been completed as well. The final stages of the project still in progress are the above-liner gas lateral pipes & wellheads, a sand infill ballast / UV protector for the Closure Turf and hydrobinder in the stormwater swales.
