This week, COMANCO Project Engineers Andrew Hooks and Evan Cline attended a Florida Stormwater Erosion and Sedimentation Control course. This two-day course was held at the Town of Jupiter Community Center in Jupiter, FL. This specific training program began in late 1997, and the intent is to educate the inspector on how to utilize proper Best Management Practices (BMP’s) throughout a construction project. Various BMP’s discussed were; how to correctly install, inspect, and maintain BMP’s to minimize the impacts of solids, turbidity, nutrients, and other surface water contaminate during and after construction. COMANCO is dedicated to training its employee’s so that each project is completed with the highest of SAFETY, QUALITY, AND SERVICE!
