Fast and accurate testing of sample welds (a.k.a. Prewelds) and destructive test samples are done with COMANCO’s ground-breaking ‘5 Head Tensiometer’. This machine allows for one full test – meaning 10 peels and 5 sheer tests which can be run and documented by one person in as quickly as five minutes. All test data is directly loaded from the Tensiometer to spreadsheets, on our database, which allows the operator to instantly see the test results on COMANCO’s proprietary CAAB (Computer Aided As-built) program.
