New hires take to the classroom for safety training at COMANCO. Because we value safety, each new hire completes several rounds of safety training. While on-site safety training is essential, our new team members must go through extensive classroom sessions before stepping foot in the field.
New employees spend a week learning OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, and much more before moving on to hands-on task training. Employees annually revisit these courses upon completion to stay refreshed on the latest safety policies and techniques. As a result of repetitive education, COMANCO’s worksites maintain excellent safety scores.
