Superintendent Josh Philhower and crew recently completed a liner installation project at a containment pond for an aircraft fire training system at MacDill Air Force Base.
The COMANCO team supplied and installed approximately 7,200 square feet of 80mil HDPE liner for the drainage area used to contain the residue of this aircraft fire simulation unit. Accompanying the 80mil liner was 15 linear feet of batten bar around the central concrete outlet.
Lastly, a series of 6-inch, 7-inch, and 10-inch pipe boots were installed in order to seal the containment area and prevent residue from seeping into the environment.
Excellent job team on yet another QUALITY job done safely!
