At the beginning of the month, COMANCO started the installation phase of Geosynthetics at the Miami-Dade Landfill. This 50-acre landfill has over 150,000 SF of GCL (Geosynthetic Clay Liner) and 60mil textured Liner (Geomembrane) installed to date. Superintendent Chase Yarbrough continues to lead by example when working safely to deploy GCL and secondary 60mil liner. With the Florida weather, heavy rains and pop up storms, COMANCO continues to keep SAFETY first while providing QUALITY work for our customer.
