COMANCO continues the year with amazing experiences for our New Hire Class.
COMANCO continues to prepare our employees with robust resources of knowledge and understanding to undertake every challenge they will face in the field. No challenge more important than their own safety, for which we provide training in identifying work related threats, while also helping them to report and control hazardous situations.
A special thanks to Equipment Technician Samuel Smith and his colleagues within Fleet, for the detailed training they provided. Educating all employees on the value of working safe has always been a priority for COMANCO.
Project Engineer Andrew Hooks, and Safety Officer Todd Klementz, took the new hires on a site visit at a local phosphate plant project in Central Florida. The eager new hires talked SAFETY at their first safety toolbox meeting in the field. They were able to learn project details from Andrew and other crew members at the job site and witnessed firsthand the very busy and hazardous multi-functioning job site with safety at the forefront of every task. This new hire team is ready to roll and looking forward to getting their hands on the tools and add to the core values of SAFETY, QUALITY, SERVICE at COMANCO.
