COMANCO Welcomes the First New Hires of 2023
COMANCO welcomes our first new hires of the new year, and they are ready for their job assignments. As of today, eight new employees have completed their initial training course required before getting started. The intro training course COMANCO provides for all new hires lasts a whole week and includes a variety of classes mixed with hands-on practice. So, by the end of the week, the courses have equipped each employee with the knowledge to tackle any challenge as they assume their new roles. These classes include OSHA 10, FPP, AED, CPR, and First Aid, all reviewed in detail.
Once they complete initial training, each team member must regularly revisit these classes to refresh their knowledge and skills. COMANCO thanks all our certified teachers for helping us create an empowered team by investing in our employees.
