Superintendent Alejandro Loza and his crew are progressing on a new landfill cell located in West Central Florida. To date, they have installed 496,800sf of 60mil textured liner 18,600sf of GCL and are beginning the installation of 478,500sf of 250mil Geocomposite.
The leachate collection system will require 1,100lf of HDPE leachate collection piping with granite gravel wrapped in 8oz Geotextile.
The crew is working hard to complete the project safely and on time.
