Led by superintendents Nathan Wilfong (general) and Jorge Barrantes (liner), the team is tasked with capping nearly 3 million square feet with 50-mil Microdrain liner and Closure Turf™ materials. The project also consists of the installation of large liquid and gas collection systems including 6,225 LF of perforated leachate drainage pipe, 3,431 LF of forcemain pipe, various sumps and manhole junctions, and almost 15,000 LF of gas header pipe. COMANCO will also be constructing the stormwater management system by installing 6 large outfall locations that will convey surface water runoff off site.
