COMANCO has begun working on a stormwater system improvement for the Manatee County Landfill in Bradenton, FL.
The project, led by Superintendent Scott Hall, includes clearing vegetation and demucking from the existing pond, installing a new HDPE perforated pipe underdrain and inlet structures, and installing a new permeable sand cover for the entire pond.
The crew has already successfully dewatered and removed the vegetation and are preparing for the underdrain installation. They continue to work safely and diligently to meet the deadlines as the holidays approach.
