COMANCO has begun construction on the gas management system beneath, what will be, the 6th building at Countyline Corporate Park in Miami, FL.
The industrial warehouse buildings are designed and engineered to repurpose an old landfill site, allowing for new construction on previously unused land. Led by Superintendent Gerardo Ruiz, the crew is installing a 5.5 acre 60mil HDPE geomembrane vapor barrier system complete with geoventing strips beneath the liner that tie into a 6” Sch80 PVC header system that directs any potential vapors beneath the building out and away from the property.
Foreman Tommy Terry and crew is currently installing the header piping concurrently with the liner crew to expedite and stay ahead of the demanding construction schedule.
