The design is a standard passive system, utilizing a lateral run of nearly 1,000 FT of header pipe connected to risers erected vertically in the green space just past the parking area of the building. COMANCO’s materials, including the header pipe, risers, and 1″ perforated monitoring port pipes, were supplied by Harrington Industrial Plastics, and SKAPS Industries provided the 60mil smooth HDPE liner.
Superintendent Miguel Medrano and his team have completed the header pipe installation and are almost halfway through the liner deployment. Furthermore, the General Contractor has been pushing the schedule for this project. This includes an acceleration change order so that COMANCO can complete this project ahead of schedule.
