COMANCO Connects with Future Workforce at Hardee High School Career Fair

COMANCO continues to invest in the future workforce by engaging directly with students and sharing real-world career opportunities. At the recent Hardee High School Career Fair, team members Shujwana Lamy and Adan Loza Solis represented COMANCO, connecting with students and offering insight into careers in environmental construction.

Throughout the event, they spoke with 10th through 12th grade students, introducing them to the wide range of roles available at COMANCO. From field positions to long-term career growth opportunities, students gained a clearer understanding of what it takes to enter the industry and succeed.

The conversations went beyond job descriptions. Shujwana and Adan provided practical advice on entering the workforce, emphasizing the value of hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Their goal was simple: help students see a path forward and understand that rewarding careers are within reach.

The event also highlighted the importance of community. Adan’s wife and daughters joined in supporting the effort, helping draw students to the booth and creating a welcoming, engaging environment that encouraged more conversations.
