UAV Pilots from around the world gathered in San Jose, CA for Drone World Expo 2016 and COMANCO’s IT Manager, Matt DiTarando was there to gather information from key software developers, hardware manufacturers, and network with other UAV Operators. Since the inaugural event in 2015, Drone World Expo has established itself as the gathering place for thought leaders, end-users, and decision makers in the commercial drone industry.
Building business relationships with key UAV software and hardware providers was the main goal of the trip. After the opening keynote, it was right down to business; meetings with market leaders as well as up and coming development houses yielded valuable contacts and information for COMANCO’s budding UAV program.
