Employees share their success stories from ETP. COMANCO is excited to see results after launching ETP (Employee Training Program) in 2022. ETP prioritizes the development of our employees so that we can guarantee internal growth as a company. At our most recent session, which took place in January, employees spent the week learning from our most experienced teachers. When asked what they learned, trainees reported learning valuable lessons. Some gained a better understanding of how to operate tools and equipment, while others walked away with renewed insight into procedures and safety.
