Last week, our COMANCO team was able to gain two months to a project schedule for the installation of drain pipes at a chemical plant located in Central Florida.
Our project faced an initial two months of project delay start time with contract matters needing to be addressed and finalized with the customer.
All lost time was made up by having crews continuing pre-fabrication of additional drains and other workarounds until the trenching and installation portion of the project was able to get back to the original project pace.
Great strides with our on-site crew learning to work with challenging soil conditions, advanced planning, and identification and placement of our drain installation locations, this has led to increased production rates.
