A COMANCO crew, led by Foreman Tommy Terry, is reaching a milestone on a sand tailings pit drain installation project at a phosphate mine site in Central Florida. The crew has been working on installing 4,500 LF of 36″ HDPE corrugated pipe and should finish up with this task by the end of the week. The next phase of the project will be installing 12″ perforated pipe rows (18,000 LF) feeding into the 36″ pipe runs. Work is expected to finish next month.
