COMANCO New Hires Complete Task Training With Hands-On Practice.
Seven new hires complete task training in adherence to COMANCO’s Safety, Quality, and Service regulations. As we welcome seven new employees to the team, they participate in a week-long training course. During training, they develop an understanding of our culture and how to adhere to safety regulations properly. These classes include OSHA 10, FPP, AED, CPR, and First Aid, all reviewed in detail. COMANCO instructors take this opportunity to help new hires practice so that they can join our workforce with basic knowledge of various tools and equipment.
Once initial training is complete, all team members regularly revisit these classes for the purpose of refreshing their knowledge and skills. COMANCO thanks all our certified teachers for helping us create an empowered team by helping all new hires complete task training.
