We’re excited to announce our new hire class has completed the week-long safety training and now heading to their first COMANCO job site.
COMANCO safety training provides our employees with awareness and understanding of workplace hazards and how to identify, report, and control them. The week-long safety training included OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, Safety AED, and Hands-on Task Training.
COMANCO prepares new hires for their first day on the job site with hands-on task training. This program provides new hires the chance to see and operate some of the equipment they will use on the job. Each employee received basic knowledge of the equipment and safe practices for use. A big thanks to Equipment Technician Samuel Smith for the valuable training he provided.
Educating all employees on the value of working safe has always been a priority for COMANCO.
