Only in the second week on a new landfill construction project, Supervisor Gerardo Ruiz and crew are off to a great start. With the 4-inch Force Main, GCL, and 530,000 SF of 60-mil HDPE liner already installed, they will soon be ready to install the Leachate Collection System (LCS). The crew is taking advantage of the great weather in Central Florida and is making excellent progress.
