COMANCO is proud to congratulate Gerardo Ruiz Rosales, Leadman, who is celebrating nine years as a COMANCO employee on May 4, 2016.
Fun Facts about Gerardo: Gerardo started his career with COMANCO back in 2007 as a Laborer. COMANCO management noticed Gerardo’s skillset and ability to operate heavy equipment along with his drive to learn quickly. He was promoted to Liner Technician and then to the position of Leadman that he holds today. Gerardo currently supervises an average of 12 employees depending on the job size and job completion timeframe.
Gerardo is married and has four children. He says his family is his motivation to work hard and improve his skills every day. Gerardo is originally from Mexico but hasn’t been back there in two years. In his spare time, Gerardo enjoys spending time with his children going to the soccer fields and watching “kid movies”. Gerardo would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Tony Boatman (deceased) former Superintendent, who gave him the opportunity to learn and prosper in his career with COMANCO. Gerardo sees himself growing with COMANCO in the many years to come and is eager to train in any new technology we will use in the future.
