COMANCO is gearing up to make its final push on a spillway improvement at a chemical facility in Central Florida. Superintendent Scott Hall and crew are currently placing and compacting fill material in one-foot lifts around the concrete cradle and sand tailings just to the south of the cradle. Once the 36-inch CMP spillway is covered, final grading will take place, and COMANCO can revegetate the work area via hydroseeding. Check back next week as the crew strives to finish ahead of schedule, under budget, and incident free!
