The COMANCO Team Makes Progress on the Expansion of a Storage Pond in South West Florida.
COMANCO maintains a presence in Desoto County, Florida, as the crew expands an existing storage pond by increasing the height of the perimeter berm and extending the liner to cover it.
This site can be found near Florida’s West Coast and was in the direct path of Hurricane Ian. The team took extra measures to secure the project site from flooding and wind. Despite losing a week of production post-storm, they have already stripped the organic materials, constructed over half of the new berm perimeter, and started welding the new liner extensions.
