Defining Leaders for the Future of Geosynthetics
How do you define a leader? How do you take your organization to the next level? Next-level leadership skills are essential to building a solid foundation for the future of the Geosynthetic industry. COMANCO addressed these questions in the workplace by partnering with Breslin Strategies, Inc. We selected several outstanding Superintendents to attend the Leader Circle Retreat. Participating in this program provided a one-of-a-kind, transformative chance to create a supportive atmosphere for education, self-exploration, and building meaningful connections. Superintendent Bill Newman states that it was a “great experience that focused on core leadership values, transcending not just into my professional life but into my family life as well.”
By participating in The Leader Circle Retreat, our Superintendents could step away from their day-to-day responsibilities and focus on personal and professional development. Superintendent Carlos Garcia mentions that he “really enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets, as well as the opportunity to network with like-minded industry professionals.” The valuable results included team cohesion, self-reflection, personal growth, strategic planning, and an added sense of rejuvenation, all contributing to insights into long-term strategies.
