As always, COMANCO pursues and achieves the recruitment of talented new employees who will continue to lead us in our mission of Safety, Quality, and Service.
We have officially prepared our March class with all the necessary knowledge and skills they will require to undertake the challenges of fulfilling this very mission.
Here at COMANCO, we prioritize training, founded in identifying work-related threats, as well as reporting and controlling hazardous situations. Our week-long safety training includes OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid, provided by the knowledgeable instructor, Julie Hanson from Safety Training and Consulting. Training also included hands-on task training, provided by our Equipment Technician, Samuel Smith, and his Colleagues within Fleet. This provides a chance for New Hires to see and operate some of the equipment they will use on the job while also receiving basic knowledge of the equipment and safe practices for use.
Educating all employees on the value of working safe has always been a priority for COMANCO.
