COMANCO Superintendent Bill Newman and his Team are breaking ground in the new phases of the Stormwater project.
COMANCO has increased the capacity of the Team to allow for work on three sections of the project, the Effluent Processing Facility (EPF), North West Ditch (NWD) and the Landfill Area (LF).
Two of Three Sections:
At the North West Ditch, the redesign includes the installation of geosynthetic lined and fabric-form concrete mat at the high-velocity areas of the ditch. Work in this area started the last week of April and involved clearance of the site and protection of existing services.
