New Hires Complete Safety Training before beginning their new positions with COMANCO.
At COMANCO, we prioritize training based on identifying work-related threats and reporting and controlling hazardous situations.
Each new hire must undergo extensive safety training before setting foot in the field. These classes teach our employees vital techniques for keeping our job sites safe. Our week-long safety training includes OSHA 10, CPR, and First Aid. Instructors also teach hands-on task training so new hires can develop basic knowledge of their equipment.
Our SAFETY MISSION is to expand the knowledge of all COMANCO employees so that they can safely perform their jobs and conduct all other personal activities safely and confidently.
Here, we see recent hires receiving training before starting their new position. Once initial training is complete, all team members will regularly revisit these classes to refresh their knowledge and skills.
