Last week, a group of new hires concluded an extensive week-long training, which included OSHA 10, CPR, First Aid, Safety AED, and Hands-on Task Training.
COMANCO prepares new hires for their first day on the job site with hands-on task training. This program provides new hires the chance to see and operate some of the equipment out on the job sites. Each employee received basic knowledge of the equipment and safe practices for use. A big thanks to Equipment Technician Samuel Smith for the valuable training he provided.
