COMANCO Environmental is in the final stage of completing the geosynthetic deployment of a new 15-acre cell at JED Landfill in St. Cloud, FL. Four layers of the 5 layer system have been installed and the crew will be deploying the top primary layer, a double-sided geocomposite, this week. 2′ of protective cover soil is being placed on top of the final layer of geocomposite.
