COMANCO has started laying liner at an ash holding basin near Kansas City, Missouri. The crew is deploying 60-mil HDPE liner from one end of the basins to the other terminating in an anchor trench. The crew led by Superintendent Juan Gomez is working hard and should complete the project next week.
