A thirteen-man COMANCO crew led by Supervisor Matt Carroll continues to make headway on a Landfill Storm Water Improvements project in Southern Alabama. Recently, they started installing a storm water pond baffle system. This system will have 262 marine panels and uprights that will be secured with 3,668 stainless steel lag bolts. They are also in the process of installing 18” Anti-Seep Collars on storm water pond outlet pipes.
