Recently, a large group of fresh COMANCO employees capped off their training with a visit to a local COMANCO project site. The group went through the motions of what a typical day will consist of when they are on location.
Led by Superintendent Jeremy Giles, the crew went through their morning “Toolbox” meeting and stretched before hitting the site. Jeremy, a seasoned COMANCO employee, made sure to take time to instruct and talk with the recruits about what it is like at the site day to day.
Overall it was a successful trip and eye opener to our expectations when it comes to site work and how to perform SAFETY, QUALITY, and SERVICE every day.
Good luck with your new job assignments!
