Did you know COMANCO provides incentives, recognition, and rewards such as gift cards to our employees for their mentorship efforts in participating in our training and evaluation program?
Mentors are assigned to employees to conduct evaluations of their current skill sets. They help put a training plan in place for the employee’s advancement and ensure that they develop their skills and knowledge on the liner install process. This process includes operating the extrusion gun and various equipment, which requires a great deal of oversight and continuous documentation of their progress and meeting training milestones.
