COMANCO Construction is making preparations to pour the concrete building slab for a new building at a Hernando County landfill. Previously, the electrical and plumbing below grade work were installed and inspected. This week, the process involves the installation of the concrete slab. The formwork is in, the building footers were excavated and compacted, the termite soil treatment was applied, the vapor barrier installed, and rebar/reinforcing installation is underway.
