COMANCO Construction is making great progress constructing the new Tire’s Choice location in New Port Richey, FL. The DOT work, creating a new deceleration lane for site access, is almost ready for asphalt. All underground work is completed and approved and the parking lot is up next. The storefront windows and doors are installed, and the overhead bay doors for vehicle service will be installed first of next week, completing the building dry-in. Once that is completed, the interior of the building will really start to take shape, as drywall won’t take long in installation to create the new retail service and customer lounge areas.
