COMANCO recently finished a geotextile, liner, and batten bar installation project in Crystal River, Florida. The first mobilization of this project consisted of installing approximately 190,000 SF of reinforcement geotextile. A protective cover was placed on the geotextile, and then COMANCO returned for a second mobilization. In the second and final mobilization, COMANCO installed 260,000 SF of 60-mil smooth HDPE liner. The liner was connected to a concrete structure using 250 feet of batten bar. Superintendent Jorge Gomez and his 10-man crew completed the project safely while providing excellent quality and service.
