Coming out of the rainy season has catapulted COMANCO’s production on a slope closure project in Central Florida.
The rainfall proved to be a challenge for the COMANCO crews, but luckily the work shifted to other areas, and they began applying rock for the roads and compacting them to grade. The recent dry weather has made larger work areas available where it was previously too wet to move material. Additional resources have been mobilized to take advantage of the better conditions.
The crews will continue to push into their work, making good progress and stepping up the hauling operations with additional haul trucks to the soil cover areas.
The team has been able to form, pour, and clean up the Fabriform® sites throughout the project. They are currently challenged with completing 61,000 sf of Fabriform® concrete ditching due to the daily rainfall but are striving to meet the deadlines.
Continue to check back on our progress.
