Last week, Vice President of Administration Christine Thomas, HR Manager Claudia Solorzano, and HR Generalist Amanda Hosmer ventured to Lake Mary, FL to attend a workshop hosted by the ApplicantPro CEO Ryan Kohler.
During the event, the team was able to take away some valuable ideas about increasing candidate workflow by making adjustments job ads, attracting qualified applicants, and a few non-typical ways to attract and ultimately retain top talent in today’s job market.
