We are proud to announce our new employees have completed their safety training before their boots hit the ground this week. At COMANCO, we prioritize our training by helping to identify work-related hazards while reporting and controlling unsafe situations.
The training program includes CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), First-Aid, OSHA 10, FL Phosphate, Mosaic Sites, and MSHA, which prepare our recruits for safety-sensitive roles on our construction projects. In addition to the comprehensive classroom training, the new employees went through hands-on task training in our Fleet Shop to familiarize themselves with the various equipment used in the liner industry.
