Our SAFETY MISSION is to expand the knowledge of all COMANCO employees so that they can safely perform their jobs and conduct all other personal activities safely and confidently.
For this reason, each new hire must undergo extensive safety training before setting foot in the field. These classes teach our employees vital techniques for keeping our job sites safe. Here, we see new hires practice CPR as one of their first steps in joining the COMANCO team.
Once initial training is complete, all team members will regularly revisit these classes to refresh their knowledge and skills. COMANCO cultivates a safety-oriented work environment by taking responsibility for our employee’s constantly evolving education.
