This latest new hire class completed training that included OSHA 10 certification, CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), First Aid, MSHA, FL Phosphate, and Mosaic site-specific safety protocols. Each of these components plays a critical role in preparing employees for the demands of safety-sensitive construction environments.
Beyond classroom instruction, new team members also participated in hands-on training within the Fleet Shop. This allowed them to become familiar with the equipment and tools used in geosynthetics and liner installation projects.
