COMANCO is proud to report the Starkey Ranch District Park project is finally complete. Director of Commercial Construction Todd Hinrichs, Project Manager Dan McRae and Marketing Director Christine Thomas attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony yesterday held at the Starkey Park in Odessa, FL. The celebration brought the community together, including five Pasco County Commissioners, members of the Paso County School Board and the Starkey family who this park is aptly named after.
Once the ceremony commenced, the attendees were treated to Four Rivers BBQ and entertainment from a local high school band.
The new multi-diverse sports complex received a new maintenance building, concession building, and restroom, as well as a facelift to the existing structures and landscape. Designed with a rustic feel, the colors and textures of the new facilities pay homage to the land’s original use as a ranch. This project is one of the many ways COMANCO supports our local community, through providing Quality Service with Safe and efficient construction.
