Trader Construction, a subcontractor working for COMANCO, is in the process of constructing an outfall structure at a gyp stack expansion project in North Florida. The outfall structure will serve to regulate the flow of water from the return ditch of the new gyp stack to a nearby canal. A 6 man crew has prepared the subgrade, built forms for the concrete, installed rebar, and poured the floor and a portion of the walls. The crew is currently working on forming the remainder of the walls for the outfall structure and hopes to complete the structure by the beginning of July. The crew has done a great job of maintaining a safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
