As a reward, individuals who remain incident free receive gift cards periodically throughout the year.
Today a crew working at a plant in Mulberry, Florida received their 2nd Quarter Safety Bonus. While the guys were excited to receive their gift cards, it was also an opportunity for management to visit the field and interact with the crew in their daily working environment.
