COMANCO hosted our second annual Employee Appreciation Day last week, bringing together team members from across the company to celebrate a year of hard work, growth, and shared success. The event focused on one priority that matters most to COMANCO: showing our people how valued they truly are.
Recognizing Department Wins and Team Contributions
Throughout the day, each department took time to highlight wins from the year and recognize the individuals who helped make those achievements possible. Leaders presented gifts to every employee as a small token of appreciation for their commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.
Welcoming New Employees and Honoring Milestones
This year, we were proud to welcome a large group of new employees and introduce them to the culture that defines COMANCO. We also recognized employees who reached 15 years of service or more, presenting each with a plaque to honor their dedication and impact.
Honoring Our Golden Hard Hat Award Recipients
One highlight of the celebration was the presentation of our Golden Hard Hat Awards, given to outstanding superintendents who lead with excellence in the field. Congratulations to this year’s recipients: Ramon Irizarry, Miguel Medrano, Billy Menard, Gerardo Ruiz, Carlos Garcia, Jorge Gomez, and Billy Wilson.
A Day of Fellowship, Food, and Connection
COMANCO executives and office teams prepared and served lunch, giving everyone a chance to relax, socialize, and enjoy time together. Employees also visited with department leaders, connected with coworkers, and entered raffles for prizes.
