April New Hire Class Completes COMANCO Training
The April New Hire class at COMANCO has officially completed its initial safety and equipment training program. These new employees successfully finished multiple classroom and hands-on training courses designed to prepare them for safe and productive work in the field.
At COMANCO, every April New Hire employee receives training focused on workplace safety, hazard awareness, equipment operation, and job site preparation before beginning active project work.
April New Hire Safety Training Program
The April New Hire training program includes several important safety certifications and educational courses that help prepare employees for safety-sensitive construction roles.
Training courses include CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10, MSHA, FL Phosphate, and Mosaic Site orientation programs. These certifications help employees better understand job site risks, emergency procedures, and safe operating practices while working in environmental and geosynthetic construction environments.

Hands-On Equipment Training for New Employees
In addition to classroom instruction, each April New Hire employee participates in hands-on equipment and task training provided by COMANCO’s Fleet department.

New employees are introduced to the tasks they may perform, the equipment they may operate, and the workplace hazards they could encounter on active job sites.
